The Great Pumpkin

One of my favorites from a few years back, I used Stampin' Up pumpkins and sentiment with a Snoopy image from the internet that I cut out and put in the pumpkin patch.
It wouldn't be Halloween without watching the Peanuts classic "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown". We looked forward to that each year when we were kids, back in the day before even videotapes. That and the once a year showing of The Wizard Of Oz. Never missed that one either :)

Just Buzzin' By

For the Hope You Can Cling To breast cancer awareness card drive and for today's SCS sketch I used the Stampin' Up set Just Buzzin' By with Beau Chateau paper and soft Suede and Pink Pirouette cardstock. The challenge called for us to save the boo-bees. Schedule your mammogram today!

Sock Monkey

I think you could send this birthday card to anyone, young or old, unless they really hate sock monkeys. All supplies are Stampin' Up: Sock Monkey stamped in Canvas background and then cut out. I filled in the arms and legs with white gel pen and added the hat and balloon. Sentiment is from Create A Cupcake. Cardstocks are Kraft and Real Red with some retired SU dsp.

Beautiful Season Blue Bird

I made this little guy a blue bird to fit in with today's SCS color challenge of Baja Breeze, Island Indigo, and Rich Razzleberry. Colored the image in Copics, used the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder and some retired SU twine. It was a happy accident when the sentiment label perfectly continued the branch on the main image. Don't you love it when a plan comes together (even if you didn't know about it?)

Snowmen

I love this color combination for holiday cards, Baja Breeze, Real Red, and Whisper White. I won this cute set called Let It Snow from Impression Obsession on a blog hop recently. The embossed background is a Sizzix Stampin' Up folder.

Garden Silhouettes

I used Kraft and Whisper White cardstocks, Garden Silhouettes and Fabulous Florets stamp sets, and Nestabilities frame and poinsettia dies. French Foliage

Bells & Boughs

Bells & Boughs stamp set, images colored in markers. Holly Berry Bouquet dp with Poppy Parade cardstock. Button and twine SU also. Fleur de lis frame is by Nestabilities.

Pencil Power

.
This is such a cool technique! No need for fancy schmancy pencils or markers, just a good old Number 2 pencil. I started by shading the whole area in and then darkening certain spots. I smoothed out the areas by lightly erasing and blending some more. Just play around with it until you get the look you want.
Stamping Bella fairy with Stanpin' Up cardstocks and Bella Chateau paper. Perfect Punches thanks sentiment.
This will go to the Breast Cancer Awareness card drive at SCS.

Autumn Days

This week it was my turn to host the color challenge at Splitcoast. Since fall is bearing down us, ready or not, I chose some colors to compliment this pretty season.
I chose More Mustard, Tangerine Tango and Soft Suede. The dessert option is to make it into a thank you or Thanksgiving card.
I used all Stampin' Up supplies except for sentiment. Spice Cake paper, half pearls and vanilla seam binding riibon to embellish. I stamped the side panel in mustard and tangerine with some of the smaller stamps from the set and embossed with the Swiss Dots folder.

I'm Here For You

Another card to go to the Breast Cancer Awareness destination, this time the challenge was to make a masculine card with some pink in it. I used Stampin' Up's Nature's Silhouette with the sentiment from Occasional Quotes on Crumb Cake cardstock, brad, and linen thread to embellish. The tree background stamp is from Cornish Heritage Farms.
